About the Club
The Club is an organization of gay or bisexual men who wear leather and subscribe to and promote the leather lifestyle. The purpose of the Club is to provide an atmosphere of fraternization, mutual emotional support, and friendship while promoting social interaction through regular events for members and their guests. The Club also provides a means of communication among its members and members of the leather community in general. Educate members about the leather lifestyle and make them aware of safe sex practices.Our History
The Tennessee Gryphons was organized April 1999. There were 23 founding members. These were men who were tired of traveling in order to find a sense of community. After several hours of discussion, it was agreed that there was enough interest in East Tennessee to support a small club, probably 15 or 20 members. We discovered there are a lot more kinky people in the region than that. We now have over 50 members and provide educational meetings and demos in a private venue as needed for the membership and their guests.

As President and on behalf of the Tennessee Gryphons, I would like to welcome you to the 9th Annual Tennessee Gryphon’s Deliverance Run. I would like to thank Timberfell, their crew and help for hosting us. This year’s title “Paddle Faster, I hear banjo music!” commemorates the run’s return to Tennessee! Please observe the rules of Timberfell. No beer can be brought to Timberfell as they have a beer license. Beer can be purchased on premises, while hard liquor can be brought in. I would thank the Club in whole for all of your help in setting up this run.
Now, let the call of the outdoors and your imaginations take you away. Experience something new. Have a great time. This will be a whole lot of fun!

Run Fee: $40.00 until May 1, 2008 and $50.00 there after, which includes access to the Dungeon Tent, a TN Gryphon’s Run tshirt and a run insignia. (If you would like additional t-shirts please include $15.00 each in addition to run fee)
Directions: To reserve accommodations and food, Call Timberfell Lodge (1-800-437-0118), Tell them you need to make a reservation for the TN Gryphon’s Deliverance Run, a 20% discount will be applied to your lodging fee.
Other Info: You will need to check in once you arrive to receive your run pass. Check in will be 3:00 – 6:00 pm on Friday, 18th and from 12:00 – 3:00 pm on Saturday, 19th. A Release of Liability Form is required to participate in this event. This will be provided with this brochure or at registration.
